Posting again – Hike MondayPosting again because the other one hasn’t worked Monday was our hike to Grisedale Pike. Despite driving rain on the way we were treated to glorious sunshine at the summit and stunning views. Then back to site for a swim in the lake and a game of tethered football.

We were wandering around Rethymnon in Crete when we came across some Greek scouts on camp.
The Greek scouts are
celebrating 100 years of scouting this year and the 3rd and 4th System Rethymnon Scouts had pitched their camp near the beach in Rethymnon Crete. Everyone was havin g a great time and when we introduced ourselves they welcomed us with open arms, a real scout greeting. We spent a little time with them chatting and had some photos taken. We will tell you all about it when we return..
